Application : 

If you want to get the 9 tones ,

1. Bleach powder +6% oxidant with ratio 1 : 1.5 stay 30 minutes .

2. Time is up , no wash it , just scrape it , continue the second step : bleach powder +3% oxidant with ratio 1 : 1.5 stay 20 minutes . 

3. Time is up , no wash it , just scrape it , see the hair color , if it still cannot reach your target 9 tones , you can continue the third step : bleach powder +3% oxidant with ratio 1 : 1.5 , until you get your color 9 tones , you can finish it .
